Hello My Name Is Mental Illness
Informational Coffee Table Book
A book that provides information about mental illnesses, but not in the traditional way that you would generally see. This book informs you about mental illness told by introducing each illness as a family member.
Content includes submissions from people living with mental illness describing what their mental illness feels like and is conveyed through evocative typography.
As a designer, I like to make designs that will help people. I made this book to portray mental illness in an informative yet expressive way. This project is also personal to me because I also included my own story about my mental illnesses and how I’ve learned to manage them.
