You never know when life gets in the way, as much as we try to control our day-to-day life. As a mental illness/health advocate, I completely understand when a deadline has to get shifted. I always make sure my clients are treated the way everyone deserves to be: like a living, breathing human with valid feelings who sometimes needs a bit of grace.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes, I do! Simply indicate that you’d like to chat with me about a payment plan when you fill out the inquiry form above, and we can figure out a payment plan that works for you (whether it be biweekly, monthly, or quarterly).

Please note that all projects require either a 25% or 50% deposit (depending on which payment structure you choose) to hold the space on my calendar.

How soon can we get started?

I typically book at least one month in advance, so if you’d like to work together soon, I recommend reaching out as soon as possible!

How long does a design project typically take?

Depending on the package you choose, timelines may vary. Brand design projects typically take one month to complete, and with the addition of website design, they may take up to 8 weeks to complete.

What is your process like?

You’ll begin with filling out the application above, and I’ll review it at my earliest convenience. If I determine that we’d be a good fit, we’ll have a quick discovery call to chat about your project.

Then, I’ll send you a customized proposal, and you’ll select the package you feel is most aligned with your goals. Next, you’ll pay your deposit and sign your contract, and we’ll get a start date set on our calendars!

I only need a logo. Is that something you offer?

No, I don’t offer logo design on its own. Because your brand is so much more than one simple logo file, I offer complete, strategy-backed brand identity packages that bring your business’s personality to life. This allows you to keep all of your brand’s visual elements aligned, so you can remain more consistent in the public eye.

Which kinds of files will I receive when you deliver my brand identity?

This varies depending on the project type, but most commonly you will receive PNG and JPG files. For branding projects, you will receive EPS, JPG, and PNG.

Please note that working files are not provided.

Do you build on any other hosting platforms aside from Squarespace?

For service-based brands, I only build on Squarespace, because I feel it is the easiest, most manageable platform for business owners to make small changes. For e-commerce businesses, I use your goals to determine whether Squarespace or Shopify is the best option for your brand, and design on whichever platform will best support you.
