Brooklin Village Beauty and Wellness is your one-stop shop for non-toxic beauty and wellness in the heart of Brooklin. Their philosophy is simple: what you put out to the world should reflect how you feel on the inside. Obsessed with creating a calming, sustainable self-care experience, they combine comfort, trusted expertise, and eco-conscious practices so clients can relax, renew, and recharge while feeling good about themselves and the planet.
To bring this vision online, I led both the website design and creative direction for their brand photoshoot. On the web side, I rebuilt their site in Squarespace with custom CSS, creating a more intuitive, user-friendly layout. Messaging was rewritten to be clear and humanistic, targeting real client concerns while highlighting the spa’s values of care and sustainability. The backend was simplified to empower the team to confidently make updates themselves, praised by the co-owner as “a million times easier” than their old system. For the photoshoot, I directed imagery that reflected relaxation, renewal, and authenticity, blending lifestyle cues with serene spa visuals to reinforce their brand promise of comfort, trust, and sustainability. Together, the refreshed site and photography created a seamless brand experience that elevated the consumer journey while easing day-to-day operations for the business.
